Holiday Light Displays – Greater Gadsden

One of the many joys of the season is viewing holiday decorations – especially light displays. Here are a few recommendations in the Greater Gadsden area.

Perrenial favorite Christmas at the Falls is bigger and better than ever.

Park visitors will be treated to a wonderland of lights and color throughout the Christmas season. Nightly features include train rides, a decorate-your-own-cookie area, a petting zoo, and, of course, an opportunity to visit with Santa!

Christmas at the Falls runs nightly from 4 PM to 9 PM and kicks off on Thanksgiving evening running through January 1, 2021. They will close on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Purchase tickets at the Noccalula Falls Entry Pavilion each day or online to avoid lines.

Tickets MUST be purchased online. Visit Christmas at the Falls to grab yours!

Unfortunately, Gilley’s Lights will be taking a year off, but be sure to keep them in mind for 2022.

This unique and truly incredible stop features motorized light displays, including a dinosaur, Christmas crocodile, life-sized camel, Santa in a helicopter, and much more.

Don’t stay in the car for this one; get out and take a closer look. You won’t be sorry. Read how this holiday tradition got started in this article from the Gadsden Messenger.
